Art Club is open to all students in MHS art classes. Opportunities include an annual trip to the Indianapolis Art Museum.

Art student earns honor at national competition
In 2019, an MHS art student earned a national award in the annual Scholastic Art and Writing competition. She and several others also earned regional awards in the competition.

Community service projects
The MHS Art Club also participates in community service projects. Our project of adding murals to the walls at Frances Slocum Elementary School was featured on WIWU-TV's Crossroads program. Check it out:
