Since 2012, Marion High School has taken students to the Mu Alpha Theta National Mathematics Honor Society's national summer convention and competition. Fundraising is now under way for the 2026 trip.
This summer, the convention is in Frisco, Texas. The benefits that come from these conventions for our students are amazing. The students are responsible for raising money through fundraisers and donations. The trip costs several hundred dollars for each attendee. Any financial assistance for our students is greatly appreciated.
At the convention, schools from across the country participate in a variety of math competitions each day, both individually and as teams.
We hope you will consider making a contribution to make this great opportunity possible for our students.
