Marion students selected for Indiana Ambassadors of Music’s 2025 European tour

Several Marion High School students have been selected for an outstanding opportunity to tour Europe with the Indiana Ambassadors of Music.

The Ambassadors of Music tour offers young musicians an unparalleled opportunity to explore the best of Europe. This fifteen-day tour includes five countries, with once-in-a-lifetime cultural experiences, including performances in historic venues.

Selection for this opportunity is an honor that only a few students can claim — and of course several of our own Marion Giants have achieved it! Musicians are nominated by their teachers for consideration by the program. Criteria for this nomination include outstanding musicianship, leadership, and character.

The students chosen for the summer 2025 tour are:

  • Audrey Alsup, freshman
  • Aliya Cruz, sophomore

Help these Giants make it to Europe!

Students selected for this honor are responsible for their individual cost for the trip, approximately $8,000 for summer 2025. Community support will be key to making this opportunity possible for these outstanding young artists. If you would like to contribute, you can do so online at https://bit.ly/MusicGiantsInEurope, through a pass-through fund set up by the Marion High School Alumni Association. Your donations can help make this experience of a lifetime possible for these outstanding Marion Giants!
