The individual tournament runs alongside the team regional competition. On May 26, Marion player Shaeli Castaneda will compete in the individual sectional at Bluffton. Tickets are $7.

Competition will start at 5 p.m. The schedule is:

• Team regional match 1: Bluffton vs. Manchester
• Team regional match 2: Huntington North vs. Homestead
• Individual sectional match 1: Peru vs. Norwell - on first open court
• Individual sectional match 2: Southwood vs. Marion - on second open court

Competition will continue on subsequent days. 

The sectional champ will advance to the individual regional set for June 6 at North Central High School, Indianapolis.
