 Quarterfinals round: 

 Oct. 6: 

• Game 1: Huntington North vs. Fort Wayne South Side, 6 pm.   

 Oct. 7: 

• Game 2: Homestead vs. Marion, 5 pm. 
• Game 3: Fort Wayne Wayne vs. Warsaw, 7 pm.

 Semifinals round: 

 Oct. 8: 

• Game 4: Columbia City vs. Game 1 winner, 5 pm. 
• Game 5: winner of Game 2 vs. winner of Game 3, 7 pm.

Finals: 

 Oct. 10: 

• Championship game: winner of Game 4 vs. winner of Game 5, 7 pm.
